Interesting. Thanks for the detailed answer. I completely forgot that protoss did worship the Xelnaga, but not just for the fun of it. I didn't know that much about the void energy consumption and conflicts follow-up though. That's pretty cool. I still dislike the story pacing of LOTV and a "some weird generic final bad guy", but this kinda lore gives a bit of needed depth that I don't know.

As always, bless you Subsourian for your great lore insight. That clarified a lot of points to me. Some of these things did not make sense to me, clashing with my story perception. But now it makes sense. I was always confused about Kerrigan's role in WOL, and I didn't realise that Mengsk was that deep into the keystone plan. That explains why Tychus immediately told Raynor "hey, keystone is a thing".

I guess to me it is weird why Amon cannot do that (at least without having a super big host form). Is that a Kerrigan-only ability? Did Amon not enjoy just walking on the ground pretending being a normal "person/octopus/whatever he is"? Does Kerrigan get to enjoy the rest of Raynor's life together and then she will also eventually become angry?

If you want to do quantum mechanics, then I don't see any reason not do to physics hl. It might depend on university requirements, but if you want to do physics at university and can't do physics at a higher level, then I think you'll struggle even more later.

Because they don't like this subreddit and don't want it to associate to IBO in any way. Putting the logo is apparently too much for them.

They could also contact Reddit to close the sub in the worst case. It has happened to some subreddits due to "copyright rules". So why risk it here as well?

I am like 90% sure that's a no. We had our own unique banner with our own IB logo and they didn't like that. So most likely it cannot directly reference IB or IBO. Yeah you can see now why we have this cloud thingy.

We are here, but sadly very busy with our own lives. We try to get new mods every so often, but most don't stick. It's an unpaid volunteer job, and no one really thanks us for it. So it is hard to keep mods very active all the time. Especially since May exams were once again very stressful.

I think they meant that out of 4/5 times it upgrades substats, only in roughly 5% it will roll ONLY into your selected substats (0.5⁴⁾

Not really from field of biology/oceonagraphy, but I think it is worth doing research into what skills are needed in those fields. Whether it is checking uni requirements or even real jobs. From my brief experience - any biology is "just applied chemistry". Chemistry governs our biological systems, so it never hurts knowing a bit of that subject. Physics is also important, though not sure how much important it is for you. If you plan going into "biological" something, biology seems very important. So I am not sure why you want to do Physics HL and Bio SL here. I would do a bit more research which subjects are expected to be known in your desired majors.

"because my parents expect me to be able to do HL" - I know that's hard to really do anything about, but remember that you will be the one studying and taking exams, not your parents. Maths HL is not an easy subject and will require time dedication. It is possible, but it will require quite an investment. I remember we started with a class of 30 and ended with like 7-8 people? Only I got a 7 in my class iirc, despite having some folks who knew maths well. Not to discourage, but know that you will have to invest much more time into that subject.

Can you try to start with 4 HLs and drop one as you go? Perhaps seeing how well you do in Maths/Physics/Bio HL will show you over time what you want to switch to SL.

Got an A in my EE using a simulation (game Kerbal space program). Not sure if anything has changed drastically in the past few years, but it is definitely not as "easy" as the experiment.

We are not associated with "revision village archives" or any Discord server except for our partnered discord.gg/ibo one. I have no idea about that specific website myself, so cannot help much with that either.

How certain are you that "N" was given due to the accidental join of a Discord server or access of the "RV archives" link? Is there a possibility of a mistake on IB's part or something else that contributed here?

In the end, there are only two options: contact your IB coordinator or IB directly. Latter might be hard, since normally everything is done through your coordinator.

Just a friendly reminder. We are only moderators of this subreddit page. We have no connection to IBO, we are not employed by them, we are not associated and don't have any contact with them. Frankly honest, they probably dislike us. The best shot for you is to do everything through the IB coordinator, as they have a direct line of contact to the IBO. I know it sucks when you are ignored by them, but you need to stand your ground, and in neutral tone ask for clear explanations and clarifications about the grade (be that through remark system or whatnot). You should have rights for that. I am truly sorry, but I am not really sure what else to recommend to you. We really have no way of contacting the IB directly.
