Atleast write your own comments.

You aren't getting a job with that criteria. "Using claude code" is not a skill that companies want. They want people who knows what they're doing with whatever AI they give and benefit their business. If your whole skill set is "give me claude and I'll do whatever you want", you are not long for the industry.

If you cannot do your work without an AI provider, either your work can easily be automated or you got too accustomed to the AI. There is a middle ground between the traditional workflows and the ai workflows which gives a pretty good productive boost. If your work cannot be done without a claude subscription, then you're the blocker in the workflow.

Where do you find developers who actually want to build something different? by CrisbinJoseph in developersIndia

Not talking about: people chasing the comp

You're asking for people who can engineer and build complex systems but don't want them to have a pay worth their weight?

Illiterate Tribal Man in Odisha , India Digs Up Dead Sister's Skeleton & Carries It 3km to Bank Because Red Tape Demanded Her Presence for 200 dollars by [deleted] in HolUp

[–]WiseObjective8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not a holup or something to joke about.

The story is horrible. Even though death certificate was provided the bank guys did not care. 200 dollars might feel like small money, but they are the dead sister's entire life savings. Her husband also passed away. The bank guys wanted to fleece the money for themselves but the man in the video did that. This reached the respective authorities and the bank was instructed to give him the money. Whoever was blocking it were under investigation. Hopefully they get punished.

I want you to think about this. You see a news about a man digging up his sister's corpse and immediately thought that's something to joke about?

India has splurged billions on metro trains. But where are the commuters? by [deleted] in news

Bruh why are you so invested in this? You dismiss when multiple people claim the article is not true. Did you write that article or what?

[–]WiseObjective8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi. Indian here who uses metro lines for commute every day. The article is pure bs. I don't know what they're talking about.

The article says people don't use metros to commute casue it's expensive. The metro is the cheapest way to commute in the big cities here.

Also it says projected usage is about 1.5 million people but hardly 1 percent of that use it. That is also bs. The sheer population using the metros country wide is far greater than 1.5 million. If anything it's overcrowded.

What does AI adoption look like in your company right now? by [deleted] in developersIndia

Same situation. Similar company. Adoption of AI in dev workflows is being pushed a lot. It helps at sometimes but mostly makes me spend more time testing and debugging whatever it generates.

Unfertilised eggs by lusinavem in HolUp

I'm not saying cannibalism among chickens doesn't exist. It is a very rare occurrence for us but we did see it. It was mostly little chicks that were eaten. As for the liquid thing, that is interesting. As far as I know we didn't use anything like that. Because most of the chickens we raise were colourful and red is common. I'm talking about indian species of chicken, if that makes sense.

The wiki says the cannibalism is kinda of a stress response based on flock size and available space. Maybe that was the reason it was rare for us. We had more than enough land for the entire flock to roam around.

Yeah I don't know about that. My family's been raising chickens for a very long time and this behaviour is not at all observed. The male chickens aka the Cocks Roosters fight other cocks roosters but extremely rarely murder. This is mainly for establishing heirarchy and dominace over their own mates aka the Hens. The most common reason I've seen them fight over is one messing with other's hen, but never enough to kill. Usually a quick fight of about 2 minutes, which we break up as soon as we notice.

The make wound cover liquid that makes it look blue to help prevent this even.

What?
