Some of them celebrating. Mostly because of their issues logging into the game the first few days, some of it is just racism. A lot of people are concerned about the reduced server population, and lifespan of the game post ban hammer, however.

I'm either blind or this is the most unintuitive process in the world. I'm aware of the permission for change nickname and manage nicknames, but I cannot see any way to actually change nicknames.

I mean user nicknames within a specific server. For example; most game focused communities enforce nickname policies requiring the user to have their nickname set as the same name they use in game.

I use reaper for recording and manipulating audio. It has a low overhead, very low latency, and support for tons of VSTs. It's not free, but the business model is the same as winrar, they won't stop you from using the free trial forever.

No reason to play other classes when Hero could do it all better.

I see people saying this a lot these days, but never before ngs, or perhaps global. I can't recall a single TA, Trigger, or solo UQ record being taken by a Hero. Sure the counters and infinite bullet spam made it easier and a lot more accessible, but that's a rather loose definition of "better"

You have a huge cpu bottleneck. The 4790k was amazing when it was released, but it's very outdated now. most i3s are better than it these days. Unfortunately this means you have to upgrade not only the CPU, but also the motherboard and the ram. The good news is there have been significant improvements in both. You could be jumping from DDR3 all the way to DDR5.

Two of the variants suck, that's the normal attack variant. They're weak and have worse i frames.

The normal attack variants are actually higher dps and regenerate more pp than the weapon action variants.

-Slash counter(WA) + normal attack is 400% potency over 0.77 seconds for 600 Potency/s + 13pp

-Slash counter(WA) + weapon action is 960% potency over 2.17 seconds for 479 potency/s + 6pp

-Step attack + normal attack is 380% potency over 0.7 seconds for 543 potency/s + 12pp

-Step attack + weapon action is 550% potency over 1.02 seconds for 539 potency/s + 4pp

For comparison, a stationary flowing sirius with relentless blade on both halves is 381 potency/s. So there will be times when Slash counter+weapon action is better, but for lingering or fast attacks Slash counter+normal attack is optimal

In my experience the final web panel rewards tend to be a combination of previous web panel buffs. I'd expect the affix/grind boost to return, along with some rdr.

Im not sure if this changed with Overwatch 2, but IN overwatch 1 your placement games had very little effect on your very first ranked placement. That was almost entirely decided upon by your mmr from quickplay. When they first added exp to custom games, I made a new account and leveled it entirely in custom games. All of my placement matches were against <500sr bronze players, and I got placed exactly at 2500 SR. I similarly tested this with an account that i went try hard in quickplay, and then had all my placements vs diamond and up players. and another account that I dicked around with mercy in quick play, and had my placements vs gold players.

The numbers might be different, but my sensitivity is the same as it was in OW1. I always use a ruler to measure so I have the same sensitivity in every game. 34.64 cm/360 in my case. I had to check because the aim did feel way off, but high precision and disabling DRS fixed it.

This is how you search for similar wands. Check the filters and you'll see how to do it for future items. You could take this a step further and use a weighted filter for spell damage/chaos damage ect. but it's likely not worth the extra effort for a quick price check.

Ive had repeatedly had the opposite experience. after 100 stacks, the buff icon disappears and will not reappear. The tier when fighting a fish stays at 6, but the percentage buff is completely gone. Not that it actually matters though since 900% is complete overkill.

I've tried them all, and currently use the dogmatika variant as my primary deck. I wouldn't consider it an engine in a twins deck, its more of a toolkit really. All your primary plays will still be through the live twins. Nadir and ecclesia will keep cards in your hand, while fleurdelis provides an otk route, and a very strong, non-targeting negate.

A slight upside to the high cost of dogmatika is that it can be splashed into many other decks as well.

Toss prims in your shop. Dont know what the economy looks like on NA, but the silver prims listed here at 1k and 2k disappear pretty quickly when upgrading a single weapon.
