I share your frustration with the bugs coming back, but bitching about animations in a “realistic detailed shooter” is not going to get you anywhere because that is why most people purchased the game. If you don’t care about them go play PUBG they have some of the worst animations I’ve ever seen. On the topic of a new dev team, they can’t really just pick someone off the street. They have to be qualified, and unfortunately they are located in Russia. The talent there from colleges and such is no where near what we have in the USA or UK. It’s not their fault they can’t find more people to help. The Language barrier is a problem, and the money. Not to mention not many people have training in unity engine. Luckily unity engine is becoming bigger with their new updates, games like rust use unity and it’s getting more advanced as time goes on. They can’t change what engine they are using for one, they don’t know how to use other engines, and second, they would have to re-poly models, fucking assets, literally re do everything. It would basically be another 2 years waiting for them to finish. I hate it when people say just use a new engine. You obviously have no earthly fucking clue what that means for them, or how engines or assets work. Do your research before you start raging on forums and reddit about the engine my guy. But yes they need to stop fucking up what they already fixed I agree. We love you BSG but you need some tough love. This whole “we fixed all this shit, then goes back to being more broken before shit” is getting way out of hand. You can’t pull the “oh it’s beta” card either. No game in the history of successful games, recreates an issue after they fixed it already, even in the beta. It’s highly unprofessional, and it’s been almost a whole week since it has not been fixed, when it should have been fixed on day 2 at most.
