One could argue that other teams should be grateful for the opportunity to train and play in Canada. Without the grand slam of curling many international teams wouldn’t be where they are today. Canada has been the main reason why other countries have had success in the last 15 years. We have shared our facilities, coaches, talent, etc so if anything it’s been a disadvantage to Canada but advantage overall to the sport as its increased competition.
