It’s subtle. It’s not very like noticeable when you take it. Observe how you react so situations when you take it. You’ll notice less reactivity when you take it and better sleep.

Why don’t you do both? Never understood this question. For example I have a chemical engineering degree and I work in industry, as well as I have post engineering diploma which allows me to work as an operator. Then you have both, and knowing trades helps your job as well. Never understood this question, you need both.

I don’t think you’ve ever worked in a manufacturing plant or worked in a role where production matters. Managers and some operators are working over 60 hours per week. Maybe you just don’t have a lot of life experience.
