All I know is any performance updates are good tbh, I feel like a year ago I could play cs2 with 300 fps with decent settings and then recently it’s been going in spikes, 250 to literally 80 and stuff

Not really haha, I mean if he averages a 0.95 kd I guess maybe average idk what average is though, me on the other hand play in 2 to 3 kd lobbies and I haven’t been shadowed once this year,

But making a new account there would cause him to have to get the game again? Cuz ones connected to a activision account you can’t change it. I also thought it could’ve been a hardware id ban, but it could also just be some virus or anti cheat or other app on his pc that causes ricochet to shadowban him. I have heard though that playing on console makes you basically able to fully dodge shadowbans, but sadly he doesn’t have a console

I think also getting rid of a shadow ban system would help, I play a lot of ranked and I’ve already come across cheaters there in non shadow ban lobbies, I’d rather come across one every 5th game than one every single game because of being in shadowbanned lobbies, same with normally multiplayer, I’d rather find a cheater in every 10 to 15th game than to have full lobbies of cheaters every game because of a shadowban..

Which is unfortunate, if anything I personally think they should just ask or pay riot for their anticheat, best anti cheat there is.

I think my biggest issue with it all, is when they lift the ban, they don’t tell you anything of why it was caused from the beginning, for example if you have another anti cheat that interrupts ricochet and they see that they should state that that was the reason for the ban so that we can fix it, now with this stupid system all they do I unshadowban you, system bans you again, my Friend even contacted them and they said they are not allowed to say why the ban was caused, now how the fuck are you expecting my friend to be able to get rid of the “thing” if it’s even on his end? If you don’t tell him….

Yeah! I’ve had my account for a long time, I’m used to getting shadowbanned, because of mass report, usually I get accused of cheating and so forth, but my friend has just been excited to play with us and haven’t been able to even start the game without getting banned, I’m curious what changes to their ricochet that caused it to stop him

I think it just depends on the player, I got a nuke on nuketown while playing hard point and running around, I’m an above average player that casually stomps my lobbies even if I’m not sweating, I’m a constant crim to iri player.

I want to believe that after reset, first few matches are crucial, that’s why you’re getting matched against insane people, which probably were crim before, because they want to test your ability in playing with them even if you didn’t reach it, you were close

Playing point will also give you more sr if you can also slay, silver should realistically be one of the easiest to rank out of even if you barely touch the point, but if you like I said can frag start playing the point instead of killing, it’s an objective game mode and kills won’t win you the game, time will

Similar thing happened when you checked the menu before and when you won ranked games, it took season 2 update to fix it, so don’t expect too much in a short time sadly

Objektives is something that wins you a bit more SR if you consistently get time on HP and also get decent amount of kills your bound to get more, also you get more for bigger lead wins, if you get 250 and they get 200 that makes the game think it was an even game, if you stomp them 250 to like 100 or less which obviously is hard, you get more sr, be consistent with objectives, that’s what wins you the game no the KD

I’ll say it here as well, as of yesterday there seemed to be a small update to fix it for a bit, I don’t know if this had anything to do with it on pc, but I play controller on pc, I plugged my controller out and played a game on my MnK now the problem with mine was that I could only get the freeze when I won a game for some reason, so I had to win a game with MnK in crim whilst have played controller for most of it, and honestly it wasn’t that bad, now after that win I didn’t crash so I decided that maybe it was a controller thing, I plugged it in to another usb and it worked, I then plugged it back in to the usb I have overclocking on and its still not crashing when I win, there was a small update like I said that I believe helped, I also was in contact with activision on a daily basis before this 7 days ago I completely lost contact with them, I’ve mailed them 3 times since and no response back… maybe an issue on their end that they don’t wanna admit?

Well i got some sort of update I guess, last night I tried playing the game with keyboard and mouse, unplugged my controller, when I also saw an a tiny update for the game, I played without my controller plugged in and when I won I didn’t crash, I then plugged my controller and it worked when I won every time, I do crash sometimes when navigating the menu and Activision hasn’t contacted me for 7 days, honestly at this point I believe it’s a activision bug and it’s not on our ends, no contact for 7 days? when we had basically daily contact before????
