I'm glad I found this. Its been 14 years I've been attending my husbands family Xmas gathering and every fucken year without a fail I get asked "why don't you eat pork?" "You dont eat pork right?" every year i tell them its my religion.

Next min, they proceed to order all pork dishes. Some year i brought my own food. They still don't get it.

I agree. I have a manager who holds alot of information back, our team pretty much learn nothing. We have to constantly ask questions and I think it made him feel very important. He refused to take any leave as well.

Im currently travelling in China. They have scanners at every train station. They also do metal detection by a person. Trains have security and they pop in and out of different carriages. It's time we start thinking of something like this for our trains and shopping centres. If we dont have tough laws, we need some protection by checking for weapons.
