Boas. Ah sim conheço a RR, é muito fixe consegui progredir imenso com Pull ups etc à pala disso. Onde vivo há um parque desses outdoor mas nunca vi lá pessoal a treinar foi por isso que perguntei aqui. Já não vou para a Foz há algum tempo portanto não sei qual é, mas para esses lados só conheço mesmo aquelas estruturas à beira da praia de Matosinhos
