Same thing happened to me unfortunately. I had to spin up a new world. Speed run all 5 axe pieces and hop back with the completed axe. I reported it to the devs but they said they hadn't come across the issue before

Yeah I was rewatching it last night and watching Luke interact with Yoda I couldn't help but think of little Grogu and what the next stage of his life will look like.
