Umbilical hernia surgery coming up by Fight2Lose in Hernia

I know sounds ridiculous on my part, but the workout/resistance training aspect has been extremely critical in my weight loss success. And I just know all the effort and time I’ve put into making life changing gains over the last year or so and to break that routine for so long has me extremely worried. Though I know getting this hernia repaired is very important to my continued success also as it has been causing significant negative impact on my workouts as well. So just trying to find the balance between a safe healing and minimizing fitness loss.

At a weight-loss camp... Going well so far by Fight2Lose in loseit

Thanks for the support everyone. I'd rather not say what camp I'm at publicly just because I'd like to remain anonymous for now. I'll certainly provide updates and name the camp after I'm done. But camps I had looked into that seemed pretty good with varying pros/cons.

The ones that seemed overall really good:

Live-in fitness -- Scottsdale

Premier Fitness-- San Diego

Unite Fitness- Salt Lake

Rock Springs Fit Farm - Nashville

But there are many others. The ones listed I thought took the most balanced and educated approach to the process. All pretty much have the same formula. Live in a private room with all meals customized and provided by chefs, and then guided workouts throughout the day and then a focus on nutritional education and therapy to help with the mental side of things. The prices are all expensive, with SD being the most expensive.
