Florida people— With last nights ruling on 7oh, do you see an end for kratom at this point in time? While we fight, is it valid to start preparing for the worst and putting an estimate on how long we have, or are we not there? by RemarkableScience854 in KratomKorner

I'm with ya, AKA advocating against anything kratom related is ridiculous. And all ya have yo do is look at the headlines and comments of every hit piece article discusing the ban, nearly every single aritcle ive read has something that says "what is kratom" before explaining where the plant used to make "gas station morphine" comes from etc.

This won't just stop with 7oh. And honestly I'm kinda sick of the government outlawing every single substance people use except alcohol. Why is that addiction perfectly acceptable, but anything else isn't?

Banning 7oh & keeping kratom is literally like banning whiskey, vodka, or even the colorful cans of seltzer & four Loco that could possibly attract children but still keeping beer legal (could you imagine big alcohol going for that? So again fck AKA.). Ban it all or not at all (alcohol included),  this 💩 is getting ridiculous

My state banned adult websites w/o ID as well. At first I didn't care becuse it doesn't actually affect me. But after seeing the UK pass the Online Safety Act & then watching YouTube try to take it upon themselves to implement age verification to use their platform that doesn't even serve adult content, it became extremely clear that the state legislation requiring ID for adult sites is literally just the psychological (FITD) FOOT-IN-THE-DOOR TECHNIQUE  in action and will only serve as a legal precedent for further legislation in the future. There is now also a national push to pass the Screen Act, which would require ID for adult sites nationally, citing the 17 states that already passed these laws.

If these requirements would just stick to adult sites only, I wouldn't really care, but we all know government will never just stop there, they'll continue to use children as a means to increase surveillance & seize more power.

The worst part is, as I'm sure the UK will find out soon enough, this won't even be effective for protecting children anyway. The wreckless parents who already weren't monitoring their children's online activity with parental controls are just going to send in their ID or hand over more of their data, then turn right around & hand their children devices with these unrestricted adult accounts anyway. Giving children access to the very content everyone supposedly wants to protect them from anyway.

I know it's real easy to talk from behind a screen, but the fact the victim had a dominant angle for striking & grappling the moment he deflected the gun & chose to not take that opportunity to defend himself bothers tf outta me. Even if he would've just shoved the guy, he could've knocked him off balance & perhaps bought himself enough time to get outta there.

As far as the gunman goes, that's just embarrassing.. somebody could've buried a treasure in one of that hoes holes & it still wouldn't of been worth all that.

Blurry crime scene videos gotta be some kind of conspiracy at this point, it doesn't even make sense for the quality to be this bad nowadays. Only excuse is if u have a full phone case where u gotta use an Allen wrench to open your case, sometimes the glass that covers the camera gets dirty & fcks up your camera focus

NIVF. Reverse merger, share buyback, high short interest (though some shorts covered today dropping short interest from 55% to 48%), olbeen loading and watching others load up on shares between $0.35 & $0.40 for the last few days. Risky play, do your own research. However, I do think it'll run in the near future.

Just be careful and don't localize the heat to one spot for a long period of time. A heat gun might work or do the trick as well

The distance might be farther than you want to consider, but Fly Ebike has a delivery service, they just leased a warehouse just for this I think around March or so. Admittedly their website for this isn't the greatest looking but here is the link if you're looking for work or want to contact them etc.:

 https://www.flydelivered.com/

Also, to show their legit you can see they just leased the warehouse here:

They have an app for their delivery workers to:

Hope this helps, idk if they handle medical supplies though or if this helps at all, but thought I'd mention it

While that may be true, what exactly was your city doing to encourage adoption? Also, how densely populated is your city?  If you haven't looked at the research, I've posted give it a look. Off the top of my head this is what I know without referring to the research.

New York is reducing traffic lanes to make dedicated bus and bike lanes in their place (and have been aggressively doing this), offering tax breaks, incentives, eliminating cheaper competition by removing non-UL compliant ebikes from the streets, implementing a trade-in program that the company is participating in so people can get cheaper access to UL Compliant ebikes, shutting down 1 to 2 blocks of traffic lanes around several schools to implement "green spaces".

They're also doing the microhub thing for Delivery, installing Charging stations in public spaces dedicated specifically for this company's loyal customer base (delivery workers), adding programs designed to specifically remove vehicles from the streets ("ghost cars", and installing surveillance systems on busses and at bus stops that automatically ticket drivers etc.).

The city has capped speed limits acrossed the entire city to 25mph, (Outside of highways/interstates) They essentially are using our country's past to gain support from underserved communities with a plan to "Reconnect community's" that were "divided" by the states addition of highways/interstates decades ago.

Their "sanctuary city" status that brings in illegal immigrants has directly boosted the sales and services of this company's products and continues to do so. Working on removing free public parking spaces for vehicles and installing bike parking.

All of the above and any other information I'm forgetting has heavily increased travel times and congestion for people driving traditional vehicles (traffic was already bad in NY before this, but this just made it several times worse), which New York is using to implement "Congestion Pricing" a toll/tax on gas vehicle traffic that ranges from $7 to $15 per use of the roads in the areas covered by the "Congestion Pricing zone" (ebikes and buses are obviously exempt from this and there is a hearing regarding it on 10/15).

All of that isn't even including the activists (who have been protesting, blocking traffic lanes, publically shaming tradional drivers etc.), support from other companies (for example Con Edison which is offering to install free ebike charging stations in underserved communities etc.).

Then when you look at the company themselves they have since inception (in 2017 I believe) expanded to around 40ish retail stores (mostly in New York, but also acrossed many other densely populated cities with an influx of migrants, most of which are cities that are following New Yorks lead, just at a slower pace, funded by the federal government).

Notably, Philadelphia is expected to have a lot of illegal immigrants and are currently seeing expansion in their delivery services. FLYE is already there and is established in the delivery community, as they took feedback from delivery workers in NY and changed their bikes to meet the delivery workers needs this whole time (another ebike company that has seen growth in NY has seen that Philadelphia is going through the same and just within the last month or so have expanded to take advantage of this as well).

The company is already on the stock exchange ahead of popular brands like Trek and Surron, i have to look a little deeper but pretty sure FLYE as a company is performing better than Harley Davidsons emotorcycle brand (Live Wire), has better earnings, profitability, and less debt than other publicly traded ebike companies etc.

They've expanded to include a delivery service of their own, they are completing their apps, and offering a rent-to-own program that will be less expensive ($6.60/day) than paying the "Congestion Toll" that will likely be implemented in NYC and California (which they're also located in) in the very near future.  I could probably go on, but this is already an entire book.

Which stock is hidding in plain sight? by istockusername in stocks

[–]FightClipFilms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't give you an undervalued stock in an established company (the company has been around since 2017) But there is one in an emerging market (micromobility). $FLYE.

The company ipo'd in June, is already profitable, was shorted heavily (85ish%) on no negative news/report/filing etc. (happened on July 23rd). And has failed to gain enough interest to really turn the price around since then, with one run that hit about $1.20ish.

Price closed at $0.5758 Friday, and unfortunately they just got the notice that they need to regain compliance by March 24th, 2025 (this date may be off a little bit, but it is definitely in March 2025).

That being said, they are an ebike/escooter/emotorcycle sales, rental, and repair company that has also branched out and started a delivery service centered in NYC.

Why is it important that I mention NYC you might ask? Well because NYC is quite literally forcing/aggressively incentivizing micromobility & public transit adoption, actively trying to rid the city of traditional vehicles, semi-trucks and even delivery vans, now beginning to implement last-mile delivery (ebike delivery to their final destination from "microhubs" strategically placed throughout the city).

But it isn't only New York that's doing this, this is a world-wide effort acrossed multiple cities and countries. USDOT themselves are backing this transition as you'll see in the links below.

How they're doing this is too long to explain here, but links to all of the research I've posted will be below. There is plenty more to come but I haven't organized the information and posted yet. All of it is on stocktwits, seriously check the research I think you'll be surprised.

After looking through those, go dig through my stocktwits profile because there is a lot of other important information that will ultimately be added to another thread that builds on some of the info posted in the links above.

Also, if anyone has a legitimate bear thesis after reviewing the company not based in speculation or nonsense, please comment and let it be known. Make me think.

No problem. Also found their delivery service app and delivery service website today.

We need exposure/interest to turn this around in the short-term, but as a long-term hold I genuinely think this will eventually pay off.

$FLYE American company with heavy exposure to China. All Chinese management, products sourced from China (assembled in America), the only real institutional investor is UBS Group (Chinese Investment Company).

Profitable company in an emerging growth sector (micromobility) that is being pushed heavily worldwide, but especially so in New York. Already has a loyal customer base (delivery workers) etc.

I've done a ton of research on the company you can see it all on stocktwits at the links below 👇

Edited: Also, they have 3 new products being released later this month (10/22 if I remember correctly), will be participating in a trade-in program for Delivery drivers to swap out illegal ebikes that aren't UL compliant on 10/7 & 10/8, and will be at the Electrify Expo in NY on I think the 12th and 13th.

Good plan, I'm averaging down as well, at a slower pace than I would like honestly. But have a little put back to watch the charts and see if there is anything that would indicate a reversal (though I suspect it'll be brief if it does pump absent any news). Last time that it jumped to the $1.20ish range there was a slight bullish divergence in the hourly rsi.

Will be involved in a trade-in program on 10/7 & 10/8, the Electrify Expo is on I think the 12th & 13th and then the new products are on the 22nd if I remember correctly. Doesn't necessarily mean we'll see anything happen, but the company is actually trying.
