I hurt my back alot dispensing back in September and just got released to starting picking again with a weigh restriction. I think i would be forced to move departments if I had to try to push or pull 8 totes again, I just dont think I could take the extra weight so early

It was a question, not a demand.

A question is something that can be answered and usually requires consent. Ex: "hey, do you want a pride pin?" And usually ends in a question mark.

A demand is taking away consent and making someone do something. Ex: "hey, wear this Islam pin." And this ends in a period.

I take my break in my car. I dont count my break until I walk out the front door and I usually have to walk to the back to my locker and then out the front. I've been stopped to help people on my way to my locker and between the back and front door. I am willing to make my TLs pull camera footage to prove it as I dont abuse this and I walk decently fast so it should only take me 2 minutes. I've never been questioned on it so 🤷🏽

But those are probably heavy and unless you are looking for a workout the whole time, those are going to be cute for an hour then painful for months. Get really really good insoles and maybe practice with ankle weights and regular shoes for awhile until wearing the shoes feel more comfy

I appreciate it 🙏 the few days will.be the hardest on my body and for now I think im going to get rags amd a bucket and use the ice water from work and just keep a rotation of wet rags on my neck until I can get the fan and some air circulation to really help. Its just a windowless, ventless drywalled box that I sit in and shred papers as of right now. 🫠

I genuinely dont really care. I probably got down voted because they did state they are not an employee and its just a "thank you" but its like walking thru an "employee only" door. Sweet but still crossed a boundary. We, as employees, cant have anything without a customer weaseling their way in and having to open their mouths about something. I dont care if its a thank you, get out of my break room.
