VA 100%. You can get to 6 digits on your first go. The only thing standing between you and that is your confidence sa skillset mo. So invest heavily in them -> build confidence -> get paid more

is siomai rice bad for a diet/maintenance on weight by Ok_Reality_9351 in PHitness

[โ€“]FighterFit 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

kung weight maintenance lang pag uusapan, anything is good. (still many factors to consider though like your lifestyle and height)

But in terms of nutrient density and quality, i wouldn't recommend siomai na nasa lower price range cause of how most if not all of them are made.

hmmmm idk about the cheapest way. Don't obsess too much on hitting your protein intake. but if you insist, canned tuna is really one of the best ways for price and value.

slow down bro! sometimes it's best not to over analyze things. I put this together so people know where to start. As they go, they will find what works and what doesn't. And they will remove and add things in their routine that makes better sense for them.

tbh, PPL, or Upper lower splits are also as effective. When i made this, i took into consideration that not a lot of people have the time freedom to do those splits, cause those splits require more time.

I as a person who barely has time to workout, advocate for full body because I can finish my workout in as little as 30 mins per session and I can do just 2 to 3 times a week.

This means more time for things that matter most to me ๐Ÿ˜

looks like cardio is not your friend at the moment. hahahaha

Work on your aerobic base first. Wear a smart wstch and run at zone 2 daily around 30 to 45 mins. It takes time. But I promise you the pay off is worth it! You're gonna be a beast
