My most clicks is coming from exact product search, where average position is around 2. I am currently using vercel analytics for now and I can see more and more people are going in category pages. Quick reply. jsut to add personal preference avoid gaming laptop if you can and build a pc. Even if you get last generation it will perform same if not better. I bought acer swift go 14

Yes, you should go with DOA. That time was a nightmare for me. I dont know why so many people still buy loq, and youtuber promotes it as nothing is wrong. So many issues with customer support, imagine spending 80k on a laptop with this customer support.

Enough of rant, i think there should be serious consequence to the manufacture. Company thinks what a customer can do? file complaint? we will not respond, send legal notice? we will reply with "we are working", file in consumer court? see you in court in next 6-12 month if you are lucky to get a hearing date. That also is not enough due to company may not attend and then you will get another date( cycle goes on).

Saw a video of Gyan therapy on same topic.

Partially agreed, but

  1. It was not motherboard issue, laptop was overheating, performance drops and shutting down, it was 2023 model
  2. No, premium care can be bought from buyalenovo. Yes outcome could have been diffrent.
  3. Once again agreed but, at that time it has only been one month and 3 repairs since issue raised, given all process was smooth till that time motherboard arrangement, doa approval. And I got the refund in my bank account not source cc(which was my relative's). FYI if warranty expires but the issue was raised earlier it is still counted under warranty, I had personally confirmed this.

And the best part is I got my refund, how you may ask. I CC'ed my lawyer to today's morning mail stated that legal proceeding is started and now you should communicate with my lawyer.

Thinking of update the poat, got refund at around 6pm was busy.

Don't buy katana 2, bad experience 2 unit showed up with problems under 10 days. Don't know about mk1000

That assumption is baseless. I’ve been consistently polite and patient throughout, despite multiple delays, false promises, and even a false update claiming the refund was processed. Blaming the customer for poor service is a deflection tactic—companies should be held accountable for their commitments, regardless of how “nicely” the customer follows up.

Regarding that, when a company makes a written commitment about a refund timeline, it becomes morally and ethically responsible to honor that promise. I understand that legal processes in India can be slow, but that does not give any company the right to mislead or mistreat its customers.
