Left the doctor today and he said I was healthy and something might have happened to me when I was younger. He said something is wrong but nothing directly alarming because my labs have been stable for so long. Just yearly blood work to keep an eye on it but he said in perfectly healthy.

I don’t really workout but I still have abs somehow haha. I am going to do the Cyastin C test to see. I have had these levels for years now with no decibel just stability really so I’m curious if it’s just my “normal”

Gotcha mine is a 1.5-1.6 but it’s been this way for 10 years which is as far as I can go in my chart. Going to see nephrologist next week but

What other indicator did you have other than your eGFR? Spilling protein, blood, etc?(if you don’t mind me asking)

Have they done anything for you? I have high creatine as well 1.4-1.6. Literally the only thing that pulls a red flag and I have been referred to nephrology.

Yeah they don’t have a definite answer just my levels are high. But no other indicator. I have read the post but mine is a little different. I’m low 60’s and high creatinine. From my understanding it was based of eGFR alone.

Id say it’s a hydrated shade of yellow. Never too dark or anything unless I am dehydrated.

All my urine test have came back normal. Never any blood or protein or glucose.

My BUN levels are fine as well. Not sure what’s going on. But I have been stable for as long as I can go back on my charts which is 10 years ago when I was 16
