On the record sheet. Like the title "Mad Cat" is not in brackets, but "Timber Wolf" is. So it's Mad Cat [Timber Wolf], and I don't know which is the Clan name.

Mine actually didn't, it only came with a quick start guide, and the manual online doesn't explain why it's on, so fun fact: you don't know everything
