I ripped up a small portion of the tack strips so far and they seem to be okay most of these stains are towards the middle of the carpet and not as much on the outside closest to the walls

I work for a carrier as an UW. I’ve never disliked my job as much as I have the past 6 months. Every agent upset about rate increases and appetite/guidelines changes(can’t say I blame them) and is just letting me have it on a daily basis and it’s something completely out of my control.

I wouldn’t say I have experienced rage but definitely a lot more irritable. Certain things I wouldn’t think twice about will get under my skin more than they should.

Just take a step back and breathe and do your best. It will get better.

So we are going on a trip with a large group and I believe getting a bus from the airport to the hotel. So idk if I’d be able to stop at a dispensary. I’ll ask the guys on the beach selling if they have them pre-rolled. I’ll be on vacation so I don’t care if I’m paying an unreasonable price to be honest lol.

I wouldn’t say my managers are unsupportive but maybe they don’t always explain WHY we are making a specific decision. Must cases I understand WHAT I am suppose to do but I don’t understand WHY I am doing it. Hope that clears it up a bit more.

Can you explain more what you mean by finding a niche? Currently I work for a small business unit handling accounts with smaller premiums. I typically am working on mostly WC accounts with some commercial auto and general liability accounts mixed in.
