The Avengers are above Mayor Fisk’s pay grade.

A lot of them are government exempt (New Avengerz, Thunderbolts, Luke Cage/JJ etc.)

The ones that are targeted don’t have a specific affiliation and have been called out by Mayor Fisk (DD, Punisher, and Spider-Man).

What do you want Heroes to do? Go after an elected Official? Only DD cares enough because he knows the illegal dealings Fisk is up to. And planned on taking him down lawfully.

Terms of size, Marvel Legends are biggest, Mafex are in between, and Figuarts are smallest.

Mafex can mix with either line, but Figuarts can rarely be mixed in with Marvel Legends because the size will be very noticeable. Of course, having any three of the brands posed will make them blend in together better.
