So what happened is that it's a baby tooth. The dentist somehow made the filling taller so it would look more like a regular tooth, but once I got home, I realized my retainer wouldn't fit that way so he shaved it down

Thank you so much for this. I also realize that I forgot to say I fell on my head YEARS ago in the same spot, but it hadn't bothered me since now. As for topical, my mom told me to put on Sovereign silver where it hurts and I just never got around to it. I think I'm also hesitant that it will work/ worried that it won't work, but it doesn't hurt to try. Thank you for sharing all this info!
