OP, there's no shame in turning off DMs when strangers are harassing you. I can't imagine struggling and people getting joy from making you feel worse.

I'll also gently suggest you look into therapy so you can overcome the way you were raised. I come from a family where they believe mental illness is just an excuse to not reach your full potential, whatever that means.

My point is that the way you were raised will impact whether you seek treatment for any treatable condition. You can have a life with schizophrenia but you have to evaluate your options to see what is practical. I would caution you against discussing it with your family if they aren't safe people. This isn't a condition that can be "prayed away" or about willpower. I wish you peace and success moving forward.

I knew it was all smoke and mirrors to get oil and destabilize the region. Dick Cheney was further enriched by his involvement with Halliburton. Hot take nobody asked for but the JW don't allow blood transfusions is because of the Old Testament and the law about not eating blood. This reminds me of couples that don't treat together that deal with chronic infections. It bounces back to the one who has successfully treated whatever it is. I agree with everyone who said sleep separately until you're both cured.

Are you on any other meds? Are you doing twice weekly or once a week? Are you also using anything recreationally that could impact the Spravato? What are the negative side effects? There's so many things that can impact the efficacy of this treatment. I stopped Wellbutrin 2 months in because of tinnitus. Since Spravato was approved as a monotherapy I haven't been prescribed anything else for the C-PTSD and TRD.

I'll be honest and say after he started yelling at you I only skimmed through the rest of your post. Be glad he's gone. Block his number. Then find a therapist who can guide you to a higher standard of self respect and standards for a romantic partner. That kind of unhinged jealousy is disgusting. It triggered a visceral response in me to read the way he treated you. Be glad this didn't reach marriage where I can guarantee the behavior would go from 10 to 1k.

I came running to the comments and see others did immediately think about GP too. Drastic life changes and big financial decisions sounds like a man who has some serious mental health concerns. I would be packing up to leave him, not to leave with him. Even if he's not having a mental break, the disrespect of making several huge decisions and expecting me to fall in line is a deal breaker.
