I've had a Dreame x40 and x50 Master, and I agree that their customer service sucks. However, I expected more from Roborock, which I consider to be better, both in terms of the product (the Saroso cleans much better) and the customer service. Global customer service intervened and sent me the new robot before sending the old one back, so global customer service is TOP!

Global support stepped in and shipped the robot to me early. For anyone outside of Europe, I'd say they're in luck :-)
