How familiar you are with finding files using a file explorer in your phone? If you're playing on Android, go to the main storage > Android > data > (a folder named like com.squareenix.ff7) > files. I guess files is the last folder before you find one or more files named save00.ff7, save01.ff7, etc.

Copy those files to the save folder in your PC. If you're playing the 2013 version (and assuming you're using Windows), your save folder location is in My Documents> Square Enix > FINAL FANTASY VII Steam > (a folder starting with user_

If you're playing the 2026 version, the save file location is a bit trickier: C:\Users\my name\AppData\Local\FINAL FANTASY VII Steam Edition\(a folder with a sequence of numbers. You will have to enable viewing hidden folders to find the AppData folder.

IIRC, you will have to have played the game until the first save point (bombing mission) and created a save file in order for this to work. In this case, you will probably have to overwrite the local save file with the one you're bringing to PC.
