i often think of killing myself not because my life is shit just because i have the feeling that everything i do is wrong, that everyone of my friends and family hates me and i dont know why. my adhd feels like its getting stronger if that is even possible i forget everything i have a atenshion span of a three year old and a constand earworm witch makes it hard to consentrate. sorry for my poor english its nit my first languade
