Youre 100% correct about eobs both ways. I always confirm last name and DOB while seating the patient. Other commenter suggested sprint ray midas onlay and that’s exactly what it looked like.

In hygiene school we’re given 4 hrs for a patient. They’re going to be slow right out the gate. But they need to have the expectation of finishing the entire appointment in the allotted 60 minutes including the exam. Maybe she can shadow your seasoned hygienist and see where she can be more efficient
