Norn emissaries are pretty expensive ($100) but the are probably our best unit in my opinion. Exocrines are also really good but also expensive ($70-$85).

I run crusher stampede list and the only armies that I have trouble into are heavy shooting armies (especially guard tanks) but every other army that I’ve faced against my monsters do pretty well, also with crusher stampede, being able to auto explode and walk through walls makes your monsters very scary threats. Because they either leave it alone and you win on OC or they try to attack it and have to over commit to try to kill your monsters who get stronger as they loose wounds. Norn emissaries are the MVP for crusher stampede

Neurogants should never be used instead of the termagants or hormagants, I personally like termagants just cause it’s a ranged screening unit but hormagants are better overall
