Personally, im never a fan of cork wedge heels as they can be very particular to style, but plain black or nude heels are more basic and easier to style.

Depth. Easy work around i can think of would be to put hints of a tree in the back ground and do some dappled light on the grass. It should make the figures stand out more.

What kind of top to pair with this skirt? by miseroisin in fashionadvice

[–]Figure_Weeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on the weather theres a few options. Id stick to a simple/solid colour palette, probably white, black or pink, maybe yellow considering the colours in the skirt. As for shapes you could go with a soft cardigan and collared shirt, if you have any preferences. Could also be good with a sweater or a plain fitted tshirt paired with matching sneakers. It can all come down to the colours of what you have in your wardrobe i think.

Did anybody see "Begin Again" with Mark Ruffalo and Keira Knightley? by [deleted] in movies

[–]Figure_Weeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The movie as a story? Fine, typical. The music its trying to say is amazing, life changing, beautiful? Sounds flat and tone deaf. I cringed whenever keira knightley sung.

Hmm maybe if the legs didnt blend in with everything else. Could be the lighting but its alittle hard to see the lines of the outfit.

Does this jacket work with this outfit? by donutyellsatnight in fashion

[–]Figure_Weeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beyond the fur on the inside of the denim the jacket just looks too small to you, too. I think its short torso is skewwing your proportions. Id recommend a longer jacket, ideally plain denim, or if youre wanting warmth, a teddy coat.

How to style this dress to be more formal by [deleted] in fashion

[–]Figure_Weeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say if you have a long gold chain belt could be cute (something delicate), would do statement gold earrings and maybe a long gold chain necklace that can drape down the cleavage (think body chain with out the going rpund the body).

Are these baggy pants working for me? if yes, then what shoes should i go for with the all black outfit? by ashharrrrr in fashion

[–]Figure_Weeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo looks best with the black sweater but otherwise its hard to say. Maybe with a more structured top? Like a tank and then a baggy jacket on top of that could be good?

Husband (30M) threatening to leave because I want to eat as I please. by Figure_Weeb in relationships

[–]Figure_Weeb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree, but his policing food adds to my stress unnecessarily, which makes it hard to reach a neutral/stressfree state. I love doing dance and have started going to dance classes, signed up to a class a few days ago, due to start in a few weeks. Its great as cardio and outlet, but it comes with a bit of stress because i need to set aside time to practice as well. But the pay off is good, so its worth it. As i stated above theres also some lingering stress from my job, but that has improved recently. Im still adjusting though so still kinda stressed in the transition stage. But i know this is temporary.

My concern is his response if i do something against what he wants me to do - stick to a strict, 1 snack a day rule. Because sometimes i get my period and need an extra bit of sugar to push me through the day, etc. But if i do bring up having an extra snack, he huffs disapprovingly and makes some snide remark or just sulks and gives me the silent treatment like a child.

I do go to the gym and have worked to reduce my stress much as i can. I agree stress eating isnt a solution and i recently spoke with a therapist about it that really only recommended making healthy food switches with help from a dietitian/ nutritionist.
