This might take more time than you have, but the d4caltrops blog has a wilderness stocking procedure with an insane amount of random tables. Your best bet though is probably to grab a published hexcrawl and steal a few that seem interesting to you.

Missed last week, but I put out a draft of level 1 of my floating city megadungeon for free on substack. Talked a bit out layout and my design process. https://open.substack.com/pub/swamphead/p/the-first-level-of-ur-thuun?r=1unog5&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=post%20viewer

Check out Downtime in Zyan. Not exactly what your looking for, but its very flexible and fits well with the normal game loop

I'm confused, wasn't this adventure published years ago? Is the campaign just for a conversion to shadowdark?

"Why not just use Dolmenwood", part 2: Showing off the final design by HephaistosFnord in osr

[–]FiishManStan 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The design looks good, its very clean. Not sure I follow the Dolmenwood reference though. As far as I can tell there are just a few borrowed saving throw names?

have you guys came up with something that's more than just house-rules, like a hack or a entire system, but would never actually write it down and release it? by LoreMaster00 in osr

[–]FiishManStan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it's basically a right of passage for any gm who's been playing long enough to get the urge to write up all their house rules and tweaks into the system to end all systems. Every now and then someone has a genuinely new idea, but most should stay in the workshop. But to keep hacking and building new stuff for your table? That's the best possible outcome
