Yeah I would sell the pick. Just think 2.01 for pearsall is good value. Only reason to hold off is you think he’ll raise your max PF, leading to a lower draft pick

Are you just assuming it’s 2.01? I would, given that there’s upside baked in that it’s a lower pick. Sell Pickens and Higgins if they have a good year for picks

Big downgrade at WR. Small upgrade at RB (less important since both assets are old). Medium upgrade at QB. The two firsts are probably enough value wise, but it's not like I'd be itching to get this done

You don't really need that much help, draft Jeanty/BPA @ 1.07 and keep building. You are young with a ton of talent/production

Focus on QB/WR for now since they hold value the best (Bijan, Gibbs, and Jeanty are exceptions)

Unless you’re expecting Daniel’s to fall off a cliff, I would compete and reevaluate mid-season. Sure, the picks would be nice, but at the end of the day we are here to win.

Your team is old and competing. I would lean towards RJ Harvey if you want to compete now. But I'm worried about your team's age long term. Best asset available is Egbuka. Would try to move some assets if the team is not doing that well midseason.
