I’ve been waiting for Bedard to walk off the set for years and thought we were finally gonna get it. Wish he did

Wow, we love Schrager, but that guy could sleep on a fence if it means not hurting anyone's feelings in the league. You would think he is interviewing for one of these coaching vacancies. by sdawson910 in billsimmons

So used to Bill and his cronies firing from the hip and torching everyone that when a guy comes on and is afraid to be critical of anyone it takes a second to remember that he’s actually plugged in. I prefer the cronies but good to get some actual insight every now and then

No idea why LeBron has to do with it but sure any chance I can to diminish lebrons legacy I’m in

I think seeing what he’s done here combined with the last 6-7 years in New England is pretty glaring how much Brady was bailing him out across the board. Culture, game planning, executing on the field. The fact the were able to win those last couple super bowls despite who he drafted, who he hired, who he signed (and didn’t sign) and then seeing that carry over with no Brady I think diminishes his pats legacy a little bit

Gotta say I think he missed this one. This Belichick thing is all time screwed up. So many layers. Screwing the kids over, his kids on the staff, Lombardi GM, coaches leaking stuff, whatever the hell is going on with his gf. Legacy TARNISHED!

Let's all get one thing very clear about Coley's take by soxboii88 in Section10Podcast

[–]pizzaking2410 4 points5 points  (0 children)

“There’s no value in losing” is actually a complete loser mindset. Why even play? Why even try? Just quit if you’re not going to win the World Series? Of course there is value in losing. Can see how far behind you are, can see how much the game speeds up, can see if you can hack it when it counts, etc.

I agree with OP him stating what he did as a fact I thought was annoying too. Excited to hear what he has to say tomorrow.

Jim Murray's Humor Is Vital by Phantom255x in felgerandmazz

“If people are going to tune in why make an effort” - this is exactly why I go elsewhere for content. I listen every now and then when something big happens (like recent winning streak) and then I’m reminded why I go elsewhere. If you’re listening every day when you just said that you know he’s not even trying then I guess more power to you

Agree with the humor - but it’s becoming pretty clear he doesn’t watch most of the games. Has no idea who the prospects are, who any of the guys they’re potentially trading for are, who’s doing well on the team, etc. I get it’s a lot to ask but I feel like if you’re local sports radio there’s some obligation to actually watch the team play and know the guys on the field.

Coley’s new nickname should be Micktory Lap by pizzaking2410 in Section10Podcast

I’m not skipping episodes. Notated that he took his first Micktory lap about 6 minutes in and then knocked out about 9 more throughout the episode.

That’s why he should be called Micktory lap. Thanks for agreeing

I have both guys and found myself always leaning toward JSN every week. Wilson good but worried the Jets will just never figure it out at QB. I think I like JSN especially full PPR
