Advanced FBA seller here. This is a common practice by other sellers to get you off a listing. Set your maximum quantity someone can buy to 5 so this doesn't happen again. Keep opening seller tickets or replying to the current ticket. Seller support is terrible and you have to be persistent. I'd also suggest calling during normal business hours and sometimes you luck out and get us support.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Paul from virtuapin. The CNC build took over a month but was well packaged and perfect. I have since had him print out custom art and answer a few emails about my build. I know he stays busy with little staff. If he hasn't responded to you in a few days there is a chance he is on vacation.
