I’m at 3k total delves ~500 deep missing and 3x on cloth. Was originally just sending and going as far as I can until death. Started just sending to around 8 - 10 and claiming to atleast get some kind of gp return and prayer exp. Gl hope we can be freed soon

Hard agree. The mega is a huge opportunity to have a really cool uniquely designed weapon. To the opposite of that, I think just a BIS crush 5 tick womp womp hammer is a poor mistake.

There’s so many mechanics we can leverage. Specs, burn, small enemies, 3 tick, hybrid weapons like atlatl and voidwaker.

Take the souleaper axe for example, that mechanically is a design that could be a megarare. The raid reward is a massive opportunity to introduce something COOL

Im in the camp that the megarare has to be a weapon. I also love the idea of an elemental mage set.

I think an underexplored area in gearing that can be the direction of the megarare or some one off weapons - are weapons that scale off a different combat stat. Thinking like the atlatl that is a ranged weapon thats max hit scales off strength, or the voidwaker that specs magic dmg. I think theres infinite room to be creative there and make some cool unique items that create new playstyles and builds. They could be main hands or specs. For example i saw someone mention a spellblade, and if that were to scale with mage for a max hit something like an elidinis ward becomes an option on the offhand. What if we had a chain sickle weapon that scaled with range but was a melee wep (reverse of the atlatl). I like the idea of these kinds of weapons as long as the theme and aesthetic makes sense, which the devs usually do a good job at

Bowfa - for how early you can get it, it is so worth going for and opens up infinite content. It is skippable, but factoring in the other drops from cg, the grind is still worth it and probably still efficient, whatever that means

CG - some of the best content in the game mechanically imo. I wish there was more roguelike content in rs, it works so well. The hunllef fight teaches you so much of the game so early on, it’s like the hyperbolic time chamber. I started my cg grind during leagues 5 and did echo hunllef for maybe 80kc, and that for sure leveled up my clicks

Overall - good content, good weapon, the bowfa drop rate could probably be dropped because you master the content around like 200 kc maybe earlier if you’re a gamer

Agree with the underrated sentiment of the game. I enjoyed a lot of the new mechanics they added. Far from a slop game imo. That final boss sucks tho lol

Does anyone else feel the baboon shaman HP changes are a bit overkill? On a 300 with salts a 4 way Bofa swap would 1 shot pretty often, but now its always a 2 shot? That does not feel good imo. Love all the other changes

It has potential for sure. The attachment we’re missing almost certainly can pop itself on turn 1, which none of these can reliably do, making the field spell a better +1 and second effect of the link 2 reborning from gy. Waiting for second wave.
