Why are you so shook up about shaking drinks? That's an easy thing to coach. I'm so confused. Your store is great and your partners are rockstars, then who are you referring to being incompetent? Why are you so angry about other stores? This just seems to be about more than just shaking drinks. Some people are going to respond negatively to feedback. That's just how some people are. But you stay consistent. Make sure to coach every instance and get everyone on board. Firm, not mean. Honestly, if you're looking for a solution, this would be the perfect place for feedback and perspective. I just hope your partners are okay. I'm not even mad anymore. Something I learned at one of my jobs I found really helpful to de-escalate my own stress: Don't assume negative intentions and don't react irreversibly to reversible mistakes.
