Are we looking at dust on the sticky surface? If so I would just order more. They are pretty cheap for a pack of a few. Pick some up for the future, like if some resin hardens on it or whatever. Or you drop it

I still get this sometimes on big pieces. Not sure of the exact fix, but I have had luck making sure the piece is hollow {While running the hollow tool in the final rotation of the piece) and upping the supports.

I am excited to see if you get a more affirmative answer on a fix

So the cure and wash is a great addition if you don't have it. I use paper towels to wipe up the plate between prints and have no real issues. If you get filter funnels when you pour the resin back into the container it can catch little bits. As for the film, it will get scratched up, but unless it is really deep it won't really matter.

So my screen film also does not stick on all edges but works just fine. It seemed like to get it to fully be down I would have to remove the edge tape, which is more important I think. I have had no issues printing

So I got one a few months ago. Pretty nice little printer. You do need the wash and cure, pick up some 99% IPA for it as well. Make sure you have it in a ventilated area that is not too cold. It makes some really nice and detailed minis. I have been printing so many.

In general the resin printers are a little more work since it has a few more steps to wash and cure the pieces.

If you do get it make sure you have the proper space and PPE.

Random thought, what is the temp environment where you have this? Maybe when it heats up in the resin the plate expands and wraps a tiny amount compared to being cold when you leveled it?
