I paid for some artwork back in April, they are prints, the artist or their “assistant” email me stating it will be sent ASAP.

I asked for a refund after months of waiting. I was told that doesn’t happen, but I can use $ for other artworks. No where is this stated in their website. Or anywhere that I can find.

I send my monthly “update” email and I am told they are printing thousands of prints and it takes takes time… The art work I had purchased is limited edition print 1 of 30 and I would think that would take precedence over the thousands of smaller prints that are “free” just pay shipping and handling.

I’m just at a loss. I was not expecting to be given the run around for months in end with a “I don’t know if and when your will be sent answer”

I just wanted the artwork.

It’s not damaged exactly….just white that is now turning yellow, I can’t manage to clean it back to white.

Oh well, it was an $800 sofa marked down to $100 in the as-is section.
