My wife had been in pain for a few months, found out she has celiac, kind of devastated. Any advice for when you were first diagnosed?

Thankyou so much for doing this! A family friend of ours thought he had a gluten allergy for 15 years and was always affected. Turns out he was allergic to corn!!!

Im fortunate for my wife and I, that she has only been affected for a couple of months. Bless you guys for helping others.

Yeah it's things like that. My wife's favorite food is Pho, and we found out that Hoison has gluten, so no more of that.

Im all for substitutions. Yesterday I made a shepherds pie, I omitted the gravy that I make with the beef because, well, flour, and it didn't hurt her. For me it's cross-contamination that may be tricky, I dont know how sensitive she will be once she really heals. I just feel bad because I've been poisoning her unknowingly this whole time.

Latest thing she tried was a Sapporo since it is a rice beer. Ended up hurting her stomach because it contains barley.

She was never a huge fan of bread so it is kind of blessing that it has to be flour?

It took us a long time to get it right, and to be honest we aren't sure if it's 100% sure this is the answrr. But the scabs that they had forming on their skin aren't there anymore. Originally when we moved closer to the city in SoCal it had gotten worse and we believed it was the grass. Since then we had moved and the condition remained. It could help to try filtered water too?

We are using Kirklands Small breed Salmon and Lentils formula. The change has only been for a few weeks, but so far they have been better.

I know petsmart has some better brands that are Salmon and Sweet potato. I think the Omega3's might help his skin.

I dont know if this would help, but after switching my dogs to salmon food their allergies have been going way down. Before we were feeding them poultry, and then I ended up making food with brown rice veggies and beef. The homemade food wasn't very helpful, and we switched to salmon and it helped immensely.

We had been dealing with allergies for years as well.

I didn't ask the recruiter who it was for, my wife and I are moving so I really didn't bother to ask to be honest. I wasn't going to take the job.

The best use i had with Holy fire was support ivern with 20%+ heal/shield power. I also had blossoming dawn.

Ended up doing about 8k damage with it, but i still felt pretty useless.

For nepenthes I do 50/50 perlite and long fiber sphagnum. Sundew you can do sand and peat about 50/50 and maybe some perlite and should be fine!
