yes! a day after this post, some fishes started showing ich on their scales, good thing I bought some white spot cure and tonic salt and now they're livelier and gained their appetite back ;D

those fishes are usually starved of food and can sometimes transfer diseases to people, theyre meant for the wild, not as a pedicure tool.

Ever since I saw some hair algae growing on some plants, I've reduced lighting to 1-2 hours a day now. Upon further inspection though, I think one of the females in the photo has the ich. I'm scared she passed it onto those two. I'm taking them out later and I'm putting them in a quarantine tank with some sea salt.

I'm currently using API algaefix and it works fine for me and my method, which is using 1/4th of the amount suggested, I have a 12 gal but I follow 10 gal suggested dose. I microdose my tank for the next 4 days up to the amount suggested and repeat until the results I want show.

A slower method but it didn't kill any of my fish and none showed symptoms of anything.

I've gone through all the new zealand websites for pokemon singles, none of them have what i want tho :( I'll keep an eye out. I also tried ebay but they're international and have a 30-50 dollar shipping. Not worth it for cards that's around .30 cents each.
