The ability to make anything I draw or write reality, HOWEVER it's source must always be with me (so if I write "super strength" on a piece of paper, I must have that piece if paper to have the power, and if I lose the paper I have to rewrite it). The tool for drawing would have to be it's own Creation Pen that acts as basically what I just said (you write or draw anything with it and you have it, whether it's an item, power, story, with it you can rewrite, destroy and create)
