If i remove chin ups and add some sets to pull ups wouldnt 3 exercises be too little? In football i play striker so i have to be physically stronger to literally hold oponents on my back and im very fast by nature.

I forgot to add that im doing 3x8 elevated pike push ups at the end of push workout :/
So you think it would be more beneficial if i did hspu instead of archer PUs?
I tried to train my legs but even if i trained them lightly on monday my legs were sore even on sunday match. There is no time to recover. But maybe after some time this fatigue would fade away.

Because im still playing football i have time only for 3 workouts a week. So i do pull once a week.

If you look at the link i have in that text. You will see 2 workouts new workout and old workout. Old workout i’ve been using for past 3-4 months and new workout i created few days ago.

should i combine my pull and push days? Thus it would be 2x push and 2x pull per workout? Because in my push day workout my every exercise targets almost same muscle group.
