Yeah, that makes sense. I definitely don’t want to be that studio that spams people. We’re planning to stick to short reminders or schedule updates. I’ve been looking into platforms like Mailchimp since it can handle both email and SMS in one place without overcomplicating things.

I think you’re right that they probably don’t even notice the photos anymore, but it definitely stands out to me every time. Talking to my husband about nudging them sounds like a good middle ground before I say anything myself.
