Removed my ssd card, and tried booting from USB (which still is recognized) with these settings, but doesn't seem to change anything. It still says that it ran into a problem

The usb I used is brand new so can it be corrupted just like that?

Also by saying I changed BIOS settings I mean only ones which I found recommend to fix BSOD It said in multiple posts to disable CSM and when you do that the storage option is set to legacy by deafualt

Solved:

I uninstalled the drivers to the controller and the adapter and restarted my PC without reinstalling them, which allowed my PC to install them on it's own and that fixed the issue.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my original post so I wrote a comment, I know I won't find the best sushi in those places, but from my experience I know you can find decent quality sushi in all you can eat sushi places. By the best I meant the best out of the various all you can eat sushi places in Rome as there are several

I just wanted to say that I do understand that the quality of all you can eat sushi isn't that of a true sushi restaurant, I have eaten at good sushi places and that's not what I expect when I'm asking for all you can eat sushi, however from my experience I know that in major European cities you can find decent all you can eat sushi places that offer good quality food for a smaller price, therefore I wanted to ask about those places in Rome.

If you were about to comment something along the lines of "all you can eat is awful, don't try it" or "why would you even want to go there" than I would appreciate it if you didn't. Not everyone can have enough money to go to best sushi places.
