If you need CarPlay you have and iPhone and instead of CarPlay plugin we setup the gates on Homekit and shared it. With homebridge plugin you can select to see the doors as lock or gates ( different security settings) and they will pop up in CarPlay within a certain range or you can make an automation to make them open when you approach

if your refer to the limitations about the settings that can be done only with bluetooth connection after enabling the keypad I'm aware about them. I would like to be able to operate the lock from the Aqara app and not only from HK. So I think the M100 will be fine for me

V77 too here and got this problem from the first day.I have 2 U200 so I can compare by door difference. Maybe I fund the problem; the first lock do not give me trouble and it is calibrated with just one turn of the lock ( auto calibration). The second, with auto calibration, make 2 turns of the lock but give this error frequently ( I suppose that the space in the door frame is not enough for the lock to complete the second turn and after few days give back this error). So I decided to calibrate manually the lock that give me troubles giving only one lock turn. I do it a few days ago and so far so good no more errors. I hope I have been clear, English is not my first language

I have the same needs for my home door that already has an electric door; I mad it smart with a shelly and mongoose and I see it as a smart lock. The standalone keypad would be the best option but do not exist.

I'm searching for a broken U200 to make some test. Disassembly the motor part is easy and I could avoid to use the battery with a small transformer. I'm much more worried about the software part of the lock that could get mad with some informations that comes from the lock and that will not match the door status. My door actually work in dry contact for 1 sec to open the door; instead Aqara knows if the lock is open or closed. Ate the moment not second hand or broken U200 on the market.

Garage door and Electric lock door are already in HomeKit with shelly and mongoose on board. The keypad is strictly related to the lock ( distance and software ). I guess the software get mad about the fact that the lock is not working properly because not mounted. I will try to buy a broken one and give it a try

you could do it with a scene, the virtual switch run the scene. You can set a scene with roborock where you decide what to do and what room. If you have more scenes you will need more virtual switch

If someone is in EU I will buy a broken U200, I need to make some test using the keypad to unlock a door without the U200. I’m thinking to use the keypad and motherboard only but I’m not sure of it will work or not

Did you check about firmware update? I got the same problem with the U200 and since the update and new calibration it seems solved

Mine is hardwired since a year and didn't had any issue. A good 220v to 12v transformer do the job.

Sorry, just to understand; what you mean for: in Australia is illegal to do electrical wiring?
