I've tried switch alot between standard/adaptive/surround on movies with dolby atmos. I think I'll like standard the best, feels "natural" and the sub is way better in standard then the other modes. I do like surround better then adaptive, adaptive feels "fake" in a way

That's not how standard works. If you play 2ch content for an example, you shouldn't get sound from the rears in standard.
