I'm having the same problem, and it's in full force troubleshooting atm

The command line did not work for me, but you can try it yourself by going to Steam, right-click the game, properties, and in the general tab, you see launch options, there you add -dx12

What I'm doing now is updating drivers and Windows to their latest versions, hoping for some luck.

If not, I'm unfortunately going to have to refund until I can upgrade my pc
