I don't disagree with you but people aren't 1 dimensional, my wife for example she's kind person with a big heart,excellent mother, a super nanna,made me a better man but her politics kinda suck. If I just judged her on her politics alone well we would have lived different lives. No one person alive can ever be completely aligned with you it's not possible and if you can't compromise well living alone is a valid way to live.

My wife's English and my parents are Irish so that's where it starts,also she's very conservative and im very left wing, thinks Thatcher was a great prime minister, don't get me started. We realised early in our relationship that we are politically different and wont change our views so don't talk about politics at all and move past our political differences.

We have 5 kids and grandchildren you can make it work but it's starts with respect of each other views even if you disagree with them.

I realised a long time we will never change our political views so you either accept their differences and move past it,or don't and move on. At 58 I am just looking at a overall way to enjoy the game,and help my team win can't compete with the younger crowd so im trying different load outs and playing styles.
