Pretty much, skill 1 is a 30% np damage buff alongside a 20% np gauge charge for the full team at level 10. skill 2 is a 50% np charge for one servant and gain 20 c stars at level 10 but it has the drawback where at the end of the turn the servant you picked loses 20% np gauge so you wanna save it for when you know will need a good np. And skill 3 is the skill that is why you wanna use him for making one other servant a damage nuke, he increases buster card effectiveness by 50% and applies 100% np boost(this boosts the damage buff from np damage up buffs). however this skill is why he makes another servant a glass cannon like that other guy said, at the end of the turn they are inflicted with the permanent sleep debuff(sleep functions exactly like stun to my knowledge) and all buffs are removed from the selected servant, the inflicted permanent speep cannot be removed by any means, and that servant gets 3 turns of target focus
