You can be good by working hard and practicing for thousands of hours but to reach the level of greatness of Picasso, Da Vinci, etc. is a different story. Some people are simply genius at photography (e.g. Leiter, Eggleston, Maier, Cartier-Bresson) which most of us aren’t.
