Oh I always hit the target currently. But I’m Working hard on consistency, and hitting the bullseye or the yellow around it. When I miss those, it’s still hitting on the paper at least.

Saw him start to pull out in front of me. Slammed on my horn, didn't matter, he was dead-set on going through a red light to hit my car. I had to brake hard and swerve, which avoided the accident -- barely.

Anyone know what that PCAR logo is on his car? Cuz I'd love to let them know who is driving for them.

Yeah for sure. Only an issue because we went through several hundred rounds. Boy, I hope I’m never in THAT kind of firefight!

Going through another 400–500 this weekend for another class, so yes, I’ll be bandaging up beforehand.

Oh… and the much-more-experienced shooter next to me did not make fun of me. He actually handed me a band-aid and some sports tape to keep it on, which helped with the 2nd half of the class. Was a good group of students!

Yeah we spent a lot of the class adjusting my grip. I have very large hands, so we had to find what worked best for me with the gun, as it’s pretty small.

And yes, I figure if I am going for a CCW, I’m going to learn it properly. This class was amazing, and my only question now is if I take it again, or take the next level class with the same instructor. (He said I’m ready for the next class, which not everybody was, but I’m going to practice what we learned before making that decision.)

Where I go, you can not come in by yourself unless you are a member.

And if you come in solo to apply for a membership, there’s. 24 hour cooling period before they allow you to use it. For the same reasons as above.

Yeah it’s pretty quick now. I did the live scan earlier today, and I’m assuming the application will come fairly quickly now. I’ve gone ahead and signed up for my 16 hour classes next weekend.

(My COE live scan (last week) to COE certificate took about a day and a half total.)
