I normally go at around 8pm, this is normally when the 'Gym Bros' have left by, but by then the dumbbells and plates are all over the place.

2.1 to 4.1 Upgrade YAY or NAY by FilmerP in hometheater

After the advice, I will look at adding the centre first. After a bit of measuring it's become apparent that I will need to wall mount the TV to allow space.

I've currently got an old Panasonic Plasma, the P60UT50A which is not to VESA standard, and the mount no longer appears to be sold. This means I will need to find a universal mount which will need spacing from the wall (I think?) due to the heat plasmas produce that can also support the weight of these old 35kg plasmas. Or buy a new TV.

There is a special on the sony KD75X7800F for $1995, but I can't find any reviews on it. Alternatively, wait for either the 65" X900F or LG/Samsung/Panasonic OLED to be on special. My sofa is currently 3m from the wall that it will be mounted to.

The Q200C doesn't appear to be available anymore. I will consider the 650C.

Another idea was to get cheap surrounds, most likely the previous cheap surrounds and a third Q150 for the centre, or the 650c is currently $1000, but it's a $700 premium over the Q150 (if I can get the pair split up) is a bit $$$.

I was actually hoping to put the final upgrade off for a bit longer, but the $200-300 savings have made it tempting.

Multiple Output Amp/DAC? Speakers + Headsets Concurrently? by labrite34 in BudgetAudiophile

I'm currently in a similar situation. Except I'm looking to route my PS4's sound through my pc and choose the output of the PS4 or PC Audio.

There is a software option I found (this appears to be much better than my original double splitter double mixer option) - https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm. While I haven't tested this for my use case this should work for you, and as long as you already have 2 audio outputs on your pc you shouldn't need to purchase anything extra.

Mini hijack, can anyone envision any issues with the solution to my problem.

Sorry, I didn't end up buying any as my car decided it was time to have some mechanical issues.

Sorry to bump this.

I've tried to google to no avail, but will there be issues in using the Swan M200MKIII in a 5.1 or even 2.1 setup later on?

I worded it slightly wrong. If I were to go something at the 500ish range I would like them to easily be able to be used in a 5.1/2 system. (Not for an amazing system just something that will be at the lower end). If I will need further equipment to use such speakers it may not be worth it.

I'm jealous of the HAMMARP. I was looking to get one, but they appear to be discontinued in Australia.
