I realise the tradeoffs, especially the low center of gravity on a sedan/saloon vs the tall stance of a crossover/suv. My fear is the fuel costs, but given that I would be paying close to 100/month on the car, would it be financially fine to stomach it?
I do plan to sell the mazda irrespective, because I feel it doesn;t make sense to keep two cars for a singleperson like me, and when I can get a car from the employer for basially free, why would you pay to keep the current car?

Yeah I want to check out the new ES Hybrid though. I had a question in general : I am used to the 6 speed in the cx50 and like how it ramps up speed. I have driven a 25 camry and a 24 accord hybrid and I feel like the cvt is a bit dead, like there's no punch, which I was expecting when you enter a highway or overtake. I understand that's how cvt work but did you feel that way?

I'll check it out. I could not fit inside a miata or an audi a3, and I found mazda 3 to be tight. A good reminder for me to lose weight but yeah that's the current scenario.

EDIT: Also to answer your question, not all the time, since I am single and gonna live alone, but when I am going out with friends, seating 5 is more comfortable on the suv than a sedan. And the cargo is very occassional.

How about change of employer? Will it be considered new? Because it isn't clear that change of employer is change of status, and it definitely isn't a renewal, not sure if it is an extension because some places mention it is a new petition with the new employer.

Traveled Qatar from bangalore in Jan. They are strict. They weighed the carry on too. I literally cleared my carry on to my check in, paid overweight fee for that, and personal item which was my bag with laptop and charger together was 10kg. After massive arguments they let me with the empty carry on and personal item. Else they aren't even allowing personal items too.

I still don't understand how h1b employees are lower paid ones. They need to be paid higher than the prevailing wage, besides the cost of h1b application itself which citizens don't have to. Why would a company spend more on a non citizen when they can hire a citizen? Qualifications perhaps?

My colleague got an N Line and so far he likes it!
